Everything you need to know before placing your first order.
We purchase your stock from UK retailers and pay for international shipping upfront. These costs are real and immediate. The 50% deposit covers the purchase cost, and the balance is due on arrival. This is standard for international wholesale imports. To give you confidence, we send you shipping tracking information and photos of your packed goods before they leave the UK.
All our products are sourced directly from UK supermarkets and authorised retailers including Asda, Boots and Tesco. They come with original UK packaging, batch numbers, and expiry dates intact. We can share purchase receipts on request, and we send photos of your order before shipping.
In the rare event of a shortage or damaged item, we will make it right, either with a credit on your next order or a replacement in your next shipment. We photograph all orders before packing so there is a clear record of what was sent. Our reputation depends on every order being right.
The minimum order is £200 (approximately GHS 4,000+). We offer two shipping options: Sea freight (6–8 weeks, £3.80/kg + £35 handling, minimum 100kg) and Air freight (7–10 working days, £6.50–£10.90/kg, minimum 30kg). Sea freight is more economical for larger orders; air freight is best if you need stock quickly. Use our order form to see a full breakdown before committing.
